Fantastic trainers and staff. Variety of classes, including boxing, kickboxing, conditioning, strength training, mechanics, yoga and pilates. Always learning, getting stronger and more stamina. And have made great friends here. Highly recommend!
Over the years, I've tried different boxing gyms, so I do have some reference. The Forest Hills club is overall a great gym. The new facility is nice and well maintained, always very clean. And the staff, the trainers and the administrative staff, are all very professional and very supportive. The vibe, the energy, is very comfortable. I really do enjoy being there. And, of course, the classes, the workouts are amazing!! Overall, it's a great package!!
I've been a member of this gym for about 2 years. I dont regret ever joining. My workout routine and physique has changed significantly. Thanks to the training and hard work encouraged by the trainers. They are all professional and proficient at what they do. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone that wants to improve their physique but more importantly their overall health.
The club is spotless and inviting. The trainers are motivating and inspire the individual to do their best. I would highly recommend Forest Hills Title Boxing for people of all ages.
The trainers are excellent and I always learn new things in each class. There’s core and strength training, cardio, as well as boxing and kickboxing, and recently yoga too. Each class focuses on different aspects of techniques so there’s variety. The trainers are really knowledgeable and pay attention to each student throughout classes. I’ve gotten stronger, increased stamina, and made great friends at this gym. Also this gym is now in its brand new, custom built space. Highly recommend!!
