i really like title. my only complaints are that the alyssa that teaches the evening boxing classes integrates a lot of yoga/yoga-like moves into her core/strength conditioning, which isn’t a problem, but a lot of those moves aren’t super accessible for plus size people and she rarely offers alternatives in my experience. it’s also very difficult to hear her bc she turns the music super loud and does not usually wear the headset.
I love everything about the club--all the teachers but one are helpful and demonstrate well and work one-on-one with everyone during class. The club is clean. The bathrooms are nice. All people of all levels are in the classes. There are people to aspire to be like of your gender and age as well as people who are just starting out like me.
We love Title!! Instructors are all great—tough but never mean, give clear instruction every round, and encourage you rather than shame or try to push you too hard. Facility is clean, well-maintained, and has good parking, plenty of lockers, and a responsive staff.
The trainers are great. The workout is awesome. I like how the trainers walk around the gym and reassurance that we're doing it right or at least take the time to show us the correct way.. I don't get to go too often but when I do I totally look forward to showing up and working out.
These instructors are helpful and well-qualified. The classes work for all fitness levels and knowledge of boxing and kickboxing, so they are challenging. I feel stronger and healthier. I also love that I don't feel like an object that people are watching through the glass in a health club. The class participants are all ages and genders, so I see people my age, my kid's age, and my spouse's age. I can see myself working out here for the next 30 years, especially if Van continues as an instructor.
