I love the format and the intensity. I started in November and 8 rounds seemed daunting. Now 8 rounds is still daunting, but my readiness, knowledge, and skill make 8 rounds dynamic because my work effort and ethic is much more profound! My body says thank you as well! ROFL
Supportive staff, knowledgeable staff, welcoming & encouraging environment, beyond excellent workout, an all around fantastic sense of accomplishment post-workout, recommend to everyone regardless of age or ability
I love when there are special things I can do to add to my regular experience at Title, which is already great, like the technique classes offered twice a month, and the women’s 60-minute boxing and toning class. I really appreciate the personal support and motivation from the coaches during class, and I really appreciate that Coach Jace always includes a full cooldown at the end of class. Some coaches skip over that, but it’s a very important part of the workout.
Have taken classes from Manny and Jace. Both are great. Recently taking technique and a boxing workout from Touhuehua which has helped with form and efficiency. Appreciated the carryover from the technique class on Saturday to the workout on Tuesday to allow for practice to improve proficiency. All instructors above have good energy and positivity. Always a great workout at your pace. Best of all it’s a lot of fun.
It was my first time ever boxing and everyone was so friendly and made me feel good about being a beginner. I had an amazing workout and can’t wait to continue my fitness journey here.
Instructors are personable, provide great high intensity workouts, care about clients’ form, and make each class enjoyable. The environment is positive and all are very encouraging. Facility is well kept and clean. The gym feels like a safe space and an outlet for stress.
It’s always a good workout when you go to class at Title Boxing Ice Blocks, no matter which day or instructor. I feel motivated to work hard every time, which isn’t something you can say about all workouts.
This has been an incredibly fantastic experience for me! The class is exceptionally well organized, instructed, and full of energy! I look forward to my training every week.
I had been wanting to try boxing for years but was always intimidated because I felt uncoordinated and didn’t have my own equipment. My friend convinced me to finally try out a class. The staff were extremely friendly, thorough at explaining things, patient and welcoming. I did not feel intimidated at all and had so much fun! It was such a great workout and stress reliever. After my first class, my friend and I decided to become members.
I love that the gym is non-judgmental, people go at their own pace and each instructor is supportive, providing feedback to ensure each client is completing the exercises in the correct form.
Anna is an awesome instructor! The energy is high, the music is banging, and the boxing rounds are fun and challenging. No judgement here just an amazing workout!
I have not been to a boxing gym since 2011; I was part of LA Boxing. My goals are simple: get back in the gym, shake off the many years of rust, and eventually get back in shape and shed some pounds. I enjoyed Tiile boxing and the instructions! I like how it is self-paced, which allowed me not to overdo it, so I want to come back! I signed up for the four classes/mo. But I am enjoying it so much that I am sure I will be looking at wanting to get into more classes!
Every single coach offers a unique perspective that helps everyone in the class improve their overall boxing skills. The classes are fun and fly by every time, and the desk staff members are friendly and helpful. Can’t get enough of this place!
Amazing workout, plus its a learning based workout so it doesn't get old. The trainers from Couch T, John and Joshua....... Are super amazing. Its hard and you feel slow in the beginning, but after the second month it starts to click and it gets wayyyyyy better. I wish I started 10 years ago. Not necessarily title boxing, just boxing in general. 10 out of 10 .. definitely recommend.
