It's always a good workout, Sydney at the front desk is awesome and very friendly, and [FIRST NAME REMOVED] is a great coach/trainer. He does a great job of pushing you and teaching new techniques. Facility is always clean and the music is good!

I'm 50 years old. Great classes with great instructors. High energy! Tired of walking aimlessly around the gym trying to figure out which occupied machine you're going to use next? This is for you! In and out in 45 minutes and a better workout than you have had in years.
