Really like the staff! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Since closing green hills it’s harder for me to get to the church street location. Really wish there was another location on the west end even if small!

I recommend Title at least once a week! Wish there was in Mt Juliet or Lebanon. The boxing classes here do not compare, so I drive to Church St location. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!

It was a different type of cardio challenge. Nice setting , directors telling us exactly what to do and guiding us through is helpful. Enjoyed myself and the people around me. Highly recommended gym to join

I really like the no-judgement zone most. I've had classes with Tara and Tabitha so far, and both have been so nice and welcoming, and most importantly, patient and encouraging. It really is good vibes with a great workout, and i appreciate it.

I love the trainers, staff, and classes! I even loved it when we were doing hot boxing when the air was not working in the summer...haha Oh, and I'm a big fan of the shower improvements.
