John, the owner and teacher of my class, was welcoming, supportive and taught with clear and precise instructions. It was definitely the hardest workout I ever did, but I made it through with his encouragement. I plan on continuing because it is such a challenging, rigorous class. I can’t wait to see how far I can go.
Bryan for the 6:15am class is great, he mixes up the work out, has active rest which maintains heart rate, and the core finisher is also on point. He knows how to make the class challenging and fun. The other instructors need to emulate his style. I stopped going to other classes/instructors in the North Bethesda location as the classes feel too easy.
Great Club but still I think the trainers need to include more use of some running a least around during the 3 or so minute warm up to get the cardio up and on point for that part of the class So the guest into the exercise mind set and mood and also include at different periods whether at the beginning of the class during the drills or the bag work some pad work as well to gage just to see who is picking it up with the drills and the sharp feints and movements and toward the end with in the 7 minute core session some use of the Y Bells for strength training , for increasing your punching power and some muscular strength and some stamina building. Still an awesome workout but a brisk jog around the gym for 5 or 6 minutes would break the normal routine that everyone is so use to that way some endurance can also be learned as well. Because the basic workout can get boring and you may want to include new or a different style occasionally to teach new techniques or enhance the exercise appeal and the appeal of the classes.
I've been going to Title North Bethesda for more than 5 years. Before I joined the gym, I was never a big fan of working out and I hadn't found a type of exercise or a class that I was willing to do consistently. But I was hooked (get it?) after my first class at Title. Initially, my only goal was to feel stronger. But after years of regularly boxing with Title, I am so happy with the progress I've made. I absolutely love the way I feel after a class -- exhausted, exhilarated and proud. The classes are consistently one of the highlights of my week and the trainers are encouraging and engaging. They gleefully work you to exhaustion, but in the best way. I'm so happy I found the team at Title North Bethesda.
GREAT WORKOUT BUT NEEDS MORE INDIVIDUAL STRUCTURED TRAING DURING THE REGULAR CLASSES WITH THE PADS SO YOU CAN GET AN HANDLE ON WHO IS PICKING UP AND THE DRILLS AND THE MOVES CORRECTLY.
attractive, clean environment
evening classes and weekend morning classes
staff extremely friendly and willing to advise on any issue
members are friendly if approached
This is a really great place where they meet you where you are. If life were different, I would go more than I do, but I will say when I do go, I always feel amazing both mentally and physically. I love the classes and the instructors. 10/10.
Very warm welcoming, helping the new members to integrate themself easily to follow any sessions.the instructors very professional . the system of 8 round of the sessions is unbelievable efficient.
Thank you
Julia
Still would like to see more trainers going around the heavy bag floors with the punch bag mitts to cage which members are catching on to technique and who needs sharping in other areas to make their game more solid. That way coaches can see how far they need to go for staff to push clients to achieve their potential and to show it as well as some prowess.
I’ve recently joined Title Boxing Club North Bethesda and have taken classes at different times of day and with different coaches. I have found both the instruction and class format to be remarkably consistent and challenging. The workout space and facilities are clean and well maintained. Staff and owner are very welcoming and take the time to ensure participants are comfortable and well informed. I look forward to my classes each time and feel great afterwards.
