Title has become my home gym and really changed my whole level of fitness.

Ron Ito and Sarah Graves run a very clean and hospitable boxing gym. They are very accommodating, professional, and I look forward to going there where Sarah has been training me and I attend Ron’s class on Tuesdays at 5:30pm. We have a fun group of people who attend the classes and the coaches are phenomenal! I really love this place because I get a thorough workout and have a blast! Lynn Waldon

Title Boxing Club Oakland is such a great community. The environment is always positive and welcoming for all fitness levels, and members can go at their own pace. I'm competitive and sometimes I want to go for a hard, intense workout. The coaches are extremely motivating when I'm in that mode. But if I'm dealing with an injury or need to go at a slower pace, there's no judgment. It's my favorite gym I've ever belonged to, and my favorite community in Oakland!

I had an amazing experience in the Wednesday 5:30 pm BOXING60 class. The instructor, Byron, explained the basics thoroughly, led the class with enthusiasm and had a top tier selection of music. The class was challenging but fun. Even when I felt like quitting, the atmosphere inspired me to push through. I left felling proud, exhilarated and tired. I signed up right after my trial class.

I'm a 74 year old dinasoar! I'm also a widow & have been depressed for awhile. My daughter threatened me if I didn't so something, she was going to put me in John George. I decided to try boxing class. It's a challege for me due to physical pains, etc. but I like the class! If possible, can seniors have a bit more le way when it comes to schedule, etc. There may be a day when I am scheduled & not able to attend. It gets me going & I sweat & drink plenty of water!. I don't like water but it feels good going down because I'm working out.

Supportive environment. Only drawback is men need to be reminded not to prance around the gym in states of undress (shirtless). They should change at the lockers or in the restroom, the floor is not a locker room. It makes the women uncomfortable and adds a toxic masculinity vibe.

The staff are super helpful, friendly and really go out of their way to help. The teachers I have experienced so far are amazing. The prices seem to be ok and there have been helpful financial deals.

Coach Galia is an experienced coach and teaches the techniques in a way that is easy to understand. The class is designed to learn and improve our boxing skills. I have been a member for years and am still learning the best of boxing.

I love this club! The coaches are great and classes are so fun. My favorite part about this club is the community. Most people know each other and the coaches are great about encouraging you to meet the people around you. Attending the classes is always a highlight of my week.
