I love the intensity...from start to finish you're going to work out hard. Had a bad day just take it out on the bag. It's cheaper than therapy....and you get fit at the same time!!

Such a more intense workout than lifting weights or running. The boxing adds a technique aspect which I'm a big fan of.

Instructors, Kendrick and Isaiah , were great. I really liked the hip hop that Isaiah played. both were so encouraging and spoke with me after class to make sure I had a good time / could answer questions / needed help . I would suggest longer static stretches both before the workout (5 mins in) and after or just really encouraging people to stretch after class.
