I like how I sweat. I feel motivated to keep moving. Even if I'm dragging and feel like I just can't keep going, the instructors say just the right things to keep me engaged. I love how I don't feel judged. I'm a rather "robust" woman and it was intimidating to walk into a room of punching bags. I wasn't sure what to think. Then I completed that first class and felt AMAZING. I didn't feel like I was being judged for swinging slow, or not being able to get as low to the ground as others.
I like the fact that you can tailor the workout to your own fitness level and goals based on 'options' for various components of the class. I like the fast paced upbeat variations within each class and within each 'round'. I like the accountability that showing up to a class brings. I also like that it is a good mix of cardio, endurance, and strength training using your own body weight for resistance for the most part. Always have a great workout and happy I did it when class is finished. Thanks Title 148!
I love the trainers! They are all so helpful and make the class fun. They push you but not more than what you can do. I love the fast pace of the class. It really does go by fast. I have seen my body improve in tone and strength. It is also a great stress relief for me as well. I have been going for 4 years and still love going.
Love that every workout is different, keeps my body guessing. I love that empowering feeling I get from taking these classes. And every instructor or staff that I have encountered has been so helpful and friendly. Walked in to this place on a whim and I am so glad I did!
It was harder than I thought but I felt so invigorated after! The instructor and the manager who helped me through my first class were so positive and motivating! Will definitely be going back... when I can move again! 😂
