The coaches are nice. Workouts can be difficult depending on how much you push yourself. There’s encouragement within the team. People are respectful. The gym is clean. There’s variety in music selections for classes. The 7am weekday classes are great for those of us who work 9-5s
I started boxing at age 76. The coaches and staff couldn’t t have been more supportive of my efforts. They are always extremely welcoming with big smiles, and call me by name. It doesn’t matter what age you begin, they meet you exactly where you are. As they say, “Just show up, and we help with the rest.” Amazing and helpful — everyone of them.
Great coaching staff, an array of classes being offered (weights, yoga), and a fun environment. I just wish there were more varieties of class times being offered. But my schedule is odd, so it would be difficult to accommodate my schedule
Title Beaverton is a such a family— they’re encouraging, empowering and the instructors and front desk peeps are AMAZING! Love the community this little gym creates for us!
What was so important to me was how welcoming everyone was. From Cynthia, Ashley and Jess, the manager, to Regina, who was my coach on my first day of Introduction to Boxing. I immediately fell in love with this location. And, my first class was so much fun. Yes. It was hard work, and my body was tired afterwards, but not bad for a 76 year-old woman, just starting out on a new adventure. You’re never too old. I’m really looking forward to getting stronger with each class. Jess runs a great gym, and everyone was so encouraging with this ‘beginner.’ So glad I found Title Boxing.
I love the coaches, I love the style. I love that when I step in I have no choice but to get it done: it keeps me motivated, I have always tried to stick to a workout plan and failed but with Title it actually actually stuck and I found some thing. I really enjoy doing as a workout. It is amazing and helping me be a stronger better healthier version of myself. I love Title and the coaches make it all worth it. They treat you with so much respect and help you out with whatever you need they make you feel like family and like Title is a big family. They are so sweet and outgoing and I just love all the coaches so much and they really make it fun, and are so caring!!
I like that the hour goes fast, I am able to slow down and modify as needed. I don't feel judged when I am in the class since we are not all looking the same way, and everyone is busy doing their own thing.
