The Title Boxing Club on in Raleigh has been awesome to work with! They’ve really made an effort to make the gym feel like a community and I love being a member.
Great coaches and environment. Love the updates around workout equipment and towels.
I suggest getting feedback on coaches to help them improve. None are bad, but some are better than others and feedback could help create better alignment without removing the unique approaches of each instructor. For example, one instructor does almost all body work at the end of class, while others do abs. I’m particularly interested in ab work at the end as that’s what’s advertised.
One other note: communicate better on social media, email, app, website, etc. It’s an easy value add for us to better know what’s going on (events) or know if something has changed last minute (an instructor, or just a power issue).
The staff was extremely caring and supportive of my need for flexibility. I was unaware of the intensity of the class and became exhausted very quickly. The staff immediately jumped to my aid and stayed by my side until I felt well enough to go home. I felt an instant connection to everyone I met and look forward to future classes!
When I joined Title a few years ago, I came because I was missing a feeling of community when first moving here and joining the YMCA. At my former gyms I became dear friends with a handful of people. At Title, I am happy to say, I have found close to the same. I think when you can build in a sense of community, people are a lot more invested not only in their health, but the business. :)
