Steph and Alex are friendly. Their approach makes boxing fun to learn. They’re also helpful with making sure my form is correct. I missed a few weeks due to a neck strain, but I easily got back into the motion.
Great workout ....Really good instruction from the trainers .. I like the leaderboard .. it sort of serves as a tool where you can track your progress over time .. Nice place too .. lot of bags .. looks nice inside ... Clean .. good location ...also it's just good to take part in a group class like that . .
I've been going for about a year now, and it's one of the few exercise classes I've wanted to stick to. It makes me feel good and is a very good stress reliever.
Alex and Steph run a fantastic program. The music draws me in through the door, the positive vibes start right from the warmup to get prepared. Each week has a theme/boxer style to emulate - excellent variety and constant learning. Steph and Alex radiate a high energy and love of the sport that keeps me coming back. Add to that the varied and friendly club members and it's a great mix.
The coaching is top notch. Alex is approachable, knowledgeable and funny. The classes are challenging. If you're looking for a HIIT workout give thus a try. It's no joke and you'll learn a lot.
