Bryan is a great teacher. He makes the class accessible for all levels. He breaks down all the moves, so they are easy to learn. I love this class. Such a good workout.
Going with my son helped to understand the sessions. The instructor was well-versed so I watched her. After a few sessions courtesy of the passes my son had, I decided to join on my own.
Great instructors and engaging classes. One negative has been the upkeep of the facility. Bags need to be replaced/repaired to accommodate all participants. More lighter weights are needed for box and lift classes to accommodate all participants.
The classes are high energy and fun, hence I burn a lot of calories without even realizing. The coaches are courteous and it feels great to be greeted by name each time I walk into the gym.
I like the pace of the class. Also the variety of classes. (kick boxing, boxing, box and lift). The majority of coaches are great to work with as they are attentive and help to correct my technique. Also lovely peers in the class and a schedule of classes that I can easily fit in based on by busy schedule.
Best way to let it all out for 45 minutes -- great instructors, smooth balance between cardio and strength, and you'll always walk out with a smile on your face.
The class energy and structure to keep me honest. I know when I show up, I’m there to give it my all as everyone else is right there with me.
The Coaches are encouraging but also push everyone to their max. I appreciate the combos and core moves that offer an additional challenge.
The staff is super friendly and the gym is well maintained. Going on 10 years, I wouldn’t switch up my favorite gym for anywhere else.
Great full body work out and calorie burn. Friendly welcoming staff with great atmosphere. Boxing workout allows everyone from expert-beginner to participate at the level and pace that is best for themselves. Many class times to choose from throughout the day. Convenience, easy to get in and out quickly.
