The best 45 min workout ever! I love the way I feel when the workout is over. I'm extremely lighter as if I have removed weight and readybto float through the day. I love the way I feel wheb I leave. I brought a friend and she has joined as well!

TITLE Boxing has become my thing! I enjoy the atmosphere, the music, the locaiton and all of my COACHes- Ben, Payton, Frank and Autumn. Everyone has a special flava that they bring to the class that keeps you motivated for the entire 8 rounds. They are really people people! the implementing of the activities outside of the workouts promotes a family/friend feeling. Try them for yourself and see! Janice Horton

Super friendly staff! Everyone is so welcoming and it does not matter your experience level. The environment is all about doing and learning, so you don’t feel silly for not being a pro. Wanting to get more active is what made me sign up, the staff made me want to stay long-term.
