I appreciate that no two workouts are the same. The coaches are knowledgeable about the sport and provide frequent feedback during training. It is a motivating and positive environment. I look forward to every session at the gym.
The trainers are wonderful. I have arthritis in my knees yet they go out of their way to show modifications. I always leave feeling like I had a great work out. This is not a work out for only the young and fit but also for those of us who are older.
Best type of workout I have ever done.....and I have tried countless workout classes. One class provides an equally challenging balance of cardio and strength work. It’s not just boxing, the warmup provides agility and interval training as well! The music is great (usually) and the trainers really facilitate an intense atmosphere!
My son and I do the 75 minute Saturday workout with Ashley -- and it's really a workout! I live in Ballwin so I usually go there; that's why I only go to Mid-Rivers once a week (my son lives near there). If I lived closer I would be there much more often. I've also had classes with Emil and Scott, and they are great!
The workout at Title Boxing is fantastic and exactly what I need to keep in shape. It is structured and consistent but varies enough to keep it fun. The instructors are positive and motivating.
I like that it kicks my butt every time and that there is variety in the warm ups. I really like it when we do different station during the warm up; it makes the time go by so much faster.
DT is super positive & keeps it fun. Stretching the last few minutes of class is so helpful. Maybe add a couple foam rollers to the equipment available to use outside of class?
I specifically like DT's workouts. She is inspirational and very motivating. Additionally, I like the format of the workouts. Its easy to push yourself as hard as possible and I feel that I get everything that I need in a workout within the 60 minutes. The establishment itself, I would suggest upgrading the sound system and HVAC which is why I didn't rate a 10.
