I enjoy working out with all of the trainers. They are very encouraging. They make you want to do better and train harder. They listen to all your needs and give great advice on things you can do when not at the gym. I actually look forward to going there to workout. Great alternative workout to other cardiology and weightlifting workouts. Good combination of both. Also the trainers are all knowledgeable and lead the classes very well.
