I loved everything about the workout. The trainer was very high energy and nice and even modified the core workout for me because of my limitations. It was intense and pushed me to my limits but I still felt okay slowing down and going at my own pace when I needed to.
I was very interactive and felt very personalize. I always find that when I workout I lack motivation and drive, but having someone there to make sure that I complete a round keeps me moving! Alex in Troy was a great coach and I can't wait to sign up for the Title Card!
A wide variety of things to do, with an intense 15 minute warmup before even getting to hit the heavy bag. I also enjoyed that the trainers go around and make sure that the participants don't do things incorrectly; I noticed the trainers going around and helping correct poor form to prevent injury. I'd highly recommend this workout!
Love the trainer America, she's very motivating and personal. She makes sure you are giving 110% and acknowledges everyone in the room yet makes you feel like it is a personal training session. I was new to the club and stayed after class for a half hour speaking to me about my goals and gave me advice to get there, while making me accountable. So basically she is the bomb.com
