I love that all the coaches are super patient and understanding, and have great ways to coach people of all skill levels. If you're coming to Title for a cardio workout or trying to train for an upcoming fight, you'll find something here that will help you. The gym members are also an amazing community, where people of all backgrounds and age groups support each other unconditionally.

I love the gym, classes, and people. The only reason i'm giving a 9 instead of a 10 is that the Monday and Thursday 7:30pm classes were taken away. Those 7:30pm classes were the reason i signed up for the gym because so few other gyms in the area offer that time. Would love to see those come back.

What a great investment to my overall wellbeing and health. Not only physical, but mental. Great class instruction from all the instructors. So much fun. Nice camaraderie with others in this community once you become familiar with others. All in all, cannot say enough positive things about this opportunity. Plus, it is also so nice to watch others, newly attending classes for the first time, get the experience. Watching them get their hands wrapped for the very first time in anticpation of their first class. Instructors always take the time to assure we are all improving on the proper technique of boxing to get the most out of the experience.
