I love the early morning classes, the pace of it, and that the trainers are so engaging and supportive! Ainsley especially is so great about encouraging us to push ourselves, but also to listen to ourselves and modify when needed, which really helped (especially when I was getting started).

I like that each trainer has a different way of teaching and while I have my favorites, I like NOT knowing who is teaching the class before hand. I LOVE when the trainers know my name or call me out during class. The mics never seem to work great. I miss location specific apparel. I wish there were more class times on Saturdays and Sundays. It's truly a great workout!

The Westlake Title Boxing has great trainers! The classes are awesome and available at times that fit anyone's schedule. I've done personal training and had a great experience and have been going to this gym for about 1.5 years now and don't have a bad thing to say about it!

Love the full experience, from classes structure (warmup, boxing, and cool down) to the welcoming friendly staff. Seeing results in muscle mass growth quickly, keeps me coming back. Options for a personal 1 on 1 training with instructors to improve techniques, postures, and feel in the ring is great. Overall, my experience at Title has been amazing and I look forward to every class I attend.

Title Boxing in Westlake has great trainers and a great environment. I’ve been going to this gym for over a year now and have improved in my boxing skill and overall health tremendously. Each trainer has shown care and interest in helping myself and other members improve. Of the 5-6 trainers I can think of off the top of my head, I’ve had great interactions with each and would feel comfortable asking any of them questions. This is a great gym and I highly recommend it to others!
