The trainers are extremely approachable and help in every way they can. It’s not your typical gym environment - it’s definitely a club environment. It’s become part of my daily routine, and seeing many familiar faces of the other members shows I am not alone in seeing the value of the club. Would highly recommend giving it a shot, pun intended.

Love all trainers. Enjoy the offerings of regular 45 and box and lift. Appreciate the various time slots which allows flexibility and options. So easy to use app. Neat to see which trainers but I’m ok if it’s a surprise. Never let down for a work out. Keep wondering when I’ll be brave enough for one on one training. Hope yo make it to a social event one time. Maybe host mini sessions w ring work - 1 trainer is working w class on bags, I trainer takes 4 in ring and go through some mit work … rotate through …thanks for all you do to support us hitting personal goals!!!

Helpful coaches and willing to improve the boxing experience. Clean facility and cleansing wipes to clean boxing bags and weights after each class. Plenty of lockers to place gym bags and coats. A variety of class times available through out the day.
