Solid structure to the class. Very consistent with other locations. I would have liked some individualized feedback/interaction from the instructor during the class. Very solid tho.

I love coming to Title Boxing in Woburn! Emily, Austin, Wes, Christine, and the rest of the team, are just AWESOME! It’s great when the trainers get you so hyped and focused and before you know it the class is over. It’s like- WOW that was quick, I got my butt kicked and I feel great!

I just returned after 7 years off and really enjoy the energy of each of the coaches. I like how each coach's class is different and they are all good at offering alternatives to certain aspects of the work out to either increase intensity or modify if too difficult.
