Todd Lands is the best realtor in the Ann Arbor area. He worked extremely hard at selling my home and seriously went above and beyond what almost any other realtor would do. He was personally performing small maintenance duties and constantly making sure the house was presentable to potential buyers. He's super professional and very easy to get a hold of. Todd worked very hard holding open houses, fixing a couple of things that needed to be done in order to complete the sale and making sure that we had the best out come. He used a backup offer as leverage so we could tell the buyers we weren’t fixing the things they wanted fixed. Todd also was responsible for me getting my condo last May even though mine wasn’t the highest offer, by the way he wrote my offer. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling.
