Todd came through for my family, where another realtor failed. We had been using another realtor to find our family home for six months. The housing market was very hot, and homes were moving fast. The other realtor wasn’t moving at the pace of the market, and half of the homes we wanted to see, were gone before we could even see them. We found a home online that checked off every box, and more. Our realtor told us it would be three days before they could schedule looking at the house. A friend of ours told us about Todd, and how he was great when they used him. We contacted Todd, and he scheduled a viewing immediately. That same day, we put in an offer, and the seller agreed! Todd made us feel like we were his number one priority, despite having other clients. He also knows his stuff when walking through the house. We didn’t know him before, but now he is considered a family friend. We suggest him to everyone we know.
