After having a not so great experience the manager from the Carindale store called and spoke to me about it. She actually cared and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all for voicing my opinion. They have gone above and beyond to make us happy and I am very grateful! I am looking forward to taking my son in again and I am very happy to support a business that actually cares about their clients!. Very rare in this day and age!
