Its hard to get someone to do a good job rather than just quickly race through it .Tara is very friendly and always does a fantastic job in a timely fashion. I never have any issues with the haircut, shave and moustache trim. She is meticulous and very professional.

Everything from start to finish was perfection. It is a treat for me to have a proper head shave with a blade. I enjoy it and feel extremely pampered and relaxed by the end and it is worth every cent. I return every 3 months to Toowoomba and Tommy's is always on my list.

Always great getting a trim at Tommys Toowoomba. Had the priviledge of Steve cutting my hair for another time. He is always very exacting and does my barnet fair perfectly. Also love having a chat with him as we share similar interests and outlook on life. He is a credit to your operation.

5 stars! Steve is my go-to barber at Tommy Gun's Grand Central in Toowoomba. I always have a great experience here—walked in for a classic cut and beard trim with Steve, and he nailed it perfectly. The shop has that cool vibe with in-mirror TVs, a free drink on arrival, and the hot towel finish feels premium every time. Steve listened to exactly what I wanted, worked efficiently without rushing, and left me looking sharp for work. Conveniently located in Grand Central Shopping Centre, it's easy to pop in while shopping—plenty of positive vibes from the friendly team too. Highly recommend booking Steve if you're after professional, no-fuss grooming.
