Vae is amazing! She's friendly and very caring when cutting my 1.5 year olds hair. She also takes her time during hair washing and scalp massage. I would recommend her to anyone!

The ability to put yourself in the queue via the app is great and the welcome at the store is excellent. Two issues I would mention: 1) The Tommy Gun App does not allow you to see your check-in or the estimated time for your haircut once you have left the screen. Please change this so you can still see it! I have resorted to taking a screenshot. 2) The app estimated 1:55pm for my haircut, then I got a mobile call at 1:35pm saying it would be 5mins. So I dropped what I was doing, arrived at 1:40pm, and it took another 15mins of waiting.. so it was about 1:55pm. I can understand wanting the next client immediately available but this "5mins" call was clearly very premature.
