I have been a customer at Tommy Gunns for a number of years now, and I keep coming back for Nish!! Nish is easily the best barber that I've ever had, I always walk away looking fresh AF because he is a professional who genuinely cares about his craft, and making sure his clients are happy. Had the best experience here at Tommy Gun's Macquarie. Came in for a drastic hair change (from hair down to my shoulder blades to a near fade) and was sat down with Jay. I can comfortably say I have never felt more at ease with a haircut than I did with Jay. He consistently checked in with how I was going, and I also never felt like I was being rushed out of the chair to make way for the next person. Cannot recommend Jay any higher, and will be purposely seeking him out for all future hair cuts at TGM!!

Vae is great, very pleasant to talk to and she cuts my hair just the way I like it. However the app isn't great. The estimated timings are way off, and I can't pick a time in the future.

I have had many good haircut experiences at Tommy Gun's Macquarie, but the last one was the best. The haircutter was training another , and just had so much attention to detail, was kind and thoughtful, and it looked awesome. Bravo .

It’s easy to book in with your preferred barber. The team are friendly and helpful and you even get a free drink. The team of barbers are very good and Vae always nails the best haircut and beard trim 👍

Smooth, efficient and engaging experience. The staff are friendly and consultative, whilst not being overbearing. The waiting experience is second to none with a clean and transparent UX with screens providing lead times and a call-back service, if required. Lastly, price point is well in line with other barber services but with a deeper level of customer service and experience.

I am extremely happy with my haircut. I gave vague instructions on what I wanted as I was not 100% sure myself. My barber did an amazing job and I will definitely return to the same person next time. 100% recommend to anyone that needs a new barber.

Only waited about 4 minutes, hairdresser asked how I would like my hair styled and then proceeded to cut, probably made it the best it's been for a few years now. Wife very impressed.
