Very friendly staff and great atmosphere. I would recommend this to anyone. TV, arcade games and complimentary drinks for all customers while you wait too.

This is the first time with my sons haircuts that I’ve been satisfied with the end product.

The booking system is a bit strange but I’m able to know when to show up and how long I’ll be waiting. My regular (Hussain) listens to what I want, offers good suggestions, and is hassle free to deal with. He’s also friendly without over doing it. The entire experience is very smooth and I don’t stress over what kinda of haircut I’m getting.

Mrs. Ghie made conscious efforts to personalize my haircut at Tommy Gun's barbershop. It wasn't part of my initial intent but Mrs. Ghie decided to wash my hair to form the final look while asking for my comments on the progress, skillfully making an outline and using scissors to cut small strands of hair. The offer of a drink on the house at the end of my haircut was an appreciated gesture. My wait time due to the others in the virtual line in the booking platform was a time of leisure seeing the nice interior design, watching the time before my assigned barber was free updating, the screens and seating area. Thirty minutes was worth the wait. I enjoyed how professional the service was from receiving a welcome, being asked if I was new from the receptionist and Mrs. Ghie, plus the skill in giving the haircut.
