The fact that I didn’t have to wait! I wish there was an appointment system so I can plan my haircut way in advance. I have a busy work and family life so planning and booking is critical. That said my last visit had no wait and the woman that did my hair was pleasant, efficient and gave me a great haircut.

Tommy Gunn’s Barrhaven are like family to by son Ewan and I. Ewan is a delightful 15 year old who simply loves coming to get his haircut. Ewan is on the autism spectrum and delights in the warm greetings at the front desk and the friendly, professional service from your barbers. We would name some favourites but they are all great. This past visit I worked with Leo and Ewan was with a fantastic barber(From the Philippines, very cool hair with some pink in it-I will catch your name next time!). Loved working with Emily and Mary Ann the last few times as well! Ewan and I have been going for more than 5 years, starting back to when you folks were at Bayshore, and we consider it home base. As Ewan likes to get his hair cur cut more frequently, I’ve been doing the Aveda facial treatments as well. I’ve never been to the spa but I have to say that I feel like a new person after the treatment. Skin feels great and glows! The Barrhaven location is simply the best! Perfect haircut everytime, relaxing scalp and neck massage, straight razor for closeness, and waxing hair removal for the nostrils. This place offers it all. Rayan is by far the best barber I have had!

Excellent quality service and the staff who did my haircut was respectful, very kind and listened carefully to what I wanted to be done during my visit. The hair massage was nice and he is a dedicated professional.
