Very polite, freindly and welcoming staff! Call ahead of the one to give you a estimate ttime your appointment will be. Very professional, yet very child friendly! My 5 year old will only ever get his hair cut by Tommy Gunns and he absolutely loves it everytime! They give him the cutest style each time

Just always a high end experience. I dont go to nail salons, hair salons, spa day etc. that my wife does. My Tommy Gunns hair cut bread trim and hot towel is the one special treat I buy myself. I have 5 sons aged between 41 and 5 years old all go there as well. My littlest one even at 5 years old looks forward to his trip to Tommy Gunns. He already understands is a class experience

I checked in online, and I was very impressed with the customer service as the staff were happy to move my phone call notification a little earlier to accommodate my travel time to the location. Kenzi was a great barber. She was very quick, friendly, and did a fantastic job of my haircut. She was also happy to provide styling and product recommendations. All in all, an excellent experience.
