Took our 10-month-old son here for his first haircut and had such a great experience. He was very shy and overwhelmed, but the barber was so patient, quick, and did an amazing job. The receptionist was also incredibly kind and helped distract him with colourful pens and conversation. We really appreciated how caring and understanding everyone was — thank you for making a stressful little milestone so much easier for us!

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. I had to use Tommy gun because my regular barber was closed. They saw me quickly and the barber Zebby, was friendly, kind knowledgeable and efficient. I enjoyed the entire experience beginning to end, and the price for what I was getting done (just a shave of both sides of my head) was very fair and I really liked the pricing structure. Over all the experience was amazing and I would give the shop and the staff 10/10. Even the complimentary Drink at the end was an added luxury that I have not experienced in any other barber shop. Also, my barber Zebby, makes me want to return and possibly make this place my new go to for getting my hair done. (I am female and have more of an alternative style haircut, and felt heard and like my barber knew what to do and give me exactly what I wanted.) Zebby mentioned that she had been chosen as one of the worker from the Philippines to come work in Vancouver, but due to new immigration laws, it was most likely she wouldn’t be able to stay here in Vancouver, Canada. I think Tommy Guns is loosing a valuable employee and asset to their shop if they are not able to help her stay. Because Zebby truly is a Gem. She made the experience so comfortable and would be the reason I want to return.

I became accustomed to having my hair cut by the same stylist monthly (as a rule). The environment is great, and the personality and skills of my barber make the experience welcoming each time.

Online check in was really convenient, they immediately phoned to confirm, got taken in exactly when promised, barber (Jun) was AMAZING. Jun was super detail oriented and passionate about good hair cuts, even explaining how to style my hair in the future and which products to use. Best haircut I've had in years.

Kate was a great barber. However l had trouble with front desk booking her due to only being allowed to book 2.5 hours in advanced. You guys should remove that option and respect the guest’s availability.
