I took my 4 year old son for a haircut. We normally go to our neighbourhood barber, but they were closed due to the long weekend. The barber was great with my son, and made the experience fun for him. In his words “the cozy hot towel” was the best part. He liked it so much, he asked me to take him back to Tommy Guns next time instead of the other barber. I think you gained a new little customer.

Your guy Luigi has great customer service and is a very good stylist. I’ve got wild curly hair and he is 1 of the best in the business. Reception also nice. Will return to Luigi for cuts . Make sure folks like that are taken care of as they are waaay better than most. Good vibes will keep people comming back
