It was my first time visit. Thanks to an unexpected and lengthy hospital stay, I was long overdue for a haircut and beard was out of control. Janet provided assurance, asked questions, offered style ideas, and did a phenomenal job getting me to look human again. Excellent service and I will be a returning customer.

Rebecca was really incredible she took her time and actually gave me a cut I asked for she listened to my little hair quirk and fixed it so many others seem to Cookie cutter the haircuts almost like a pattern cut and she really nailed it. Amazing little scalp massage felt spectacular as well

Let me begin with, my previous experience with a Tommy Guns shop at South Centre Mall was less than a positive one. I decided, because of this experience, not to go back to Tommy Gun’s. It had been several months now and I thought that I would return to the Shawville Rd shop and Jakson. I am so glad I did. Jakson was great. She listened to what I preferred in a cut and worked her wonders. Great job Jakson, thank you. Because of this experience I will be back.

The woman that checked me in greeted me right away. The woman who did my cuts was funny, quick and did an amazing job

The atmosphere is easy and chill. I was not very happy with the end result of the haircut, however. I’m not one to care much about my hair, but the sides are shorn in three stages instead of blended, and the bottom is faded to skin instead of either a level 1 or 2. I’m not too pumped by the cut, but this singular incident won’t impact my decision to return for another cut next time. See you in a month or so.
