So my original haircut in Chilliwack wasn't done correctly at all. A shave with a line on one side with a fade on the other side and then the back was a V shape. I went to Abbotsford to get it fixed, and the hairdresser was fantastic. She even out the sides into a fade because it was the only solution problem. Abbotsford hairdresser was very helpful in solving the problem. The hairdresser in Chilliwack had made. I was not charged for the Haircut in Abbotsford, but felt I needed to leave a nice $10 tip for her efforts in being a beautiful soul. Turned a bad experience into a great experience.

The ladies were kind and professional, good conversation, and quality cut! I got in with only a short wait (shorter than estimated) and left feeling refreshed. The barber was clearly experienced and i always love the scalp massage/hot towel!

I went in for a first time full head shave and had a great experience. Unfortunately I missed to ask the name of the person who shaved my head but she was very respectful and empathetic and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The people were welcoming and the stylist was very friendly. The only issue was I expected a hot towel razor shave and actually had a trimmer followed by a foil razor. When I got home I shaved myself to get the desired closeness.

Everyone was very kind and easy to talk to. Did an amazing job talking through and getting opinion and giving options throughout the process on how you would like it. Free drink good pricing and friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

The web site messed up my appointment I checked in online and was given a time to be at the shop. When I got there 10 minutes before my time the web site logged me in to the store at a totally different time (one hour later). What I liked was how your staff understood and was able to get me in for my actual time, and They are always friendly.

It was, hmmm, just a personal experience. No hard upselling, good value, friendly staff. Oh and of course the end product on my head was well done.

The hair dresser was extremely kind and patient with our toddler who usually hates hair cuts. This was his first one that he sat through the whole time without crying and fighting. She made him feel comfortable and did an amazing job! We will come back to her for him every time

Mary Rose and has always done a great job, you were having issues with your booking app and the 45 minute wait after my appointment confirmation by phone wasn't thrilling but other than that I've always had a good experience

The scalp massage is why I go to Tommy Guns. I can get a haircut from anywhere, but the massage is how you go above and beyond and keep customers coming back
