Reception was very helpful and welcoming, suggested service that would give a good overview of what was offered. Barber was professional, evaluated what he was working with and talked through options.

They helped booked me an appointment, after not being able to figure it out online. And took my son quickly, and was very patient. My son is four years old and autistic, he isn’t always great with hair cuts. But they were very patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend and I will be coming back.

Everything was great! While waiting they give you a free beverage, and there are arcade games in the waiting area. The haircut comes with a free hair wash, hot towel and scalp massage, everyone is super friendly. On your way out they give you a coupon for a discount on your next visit, and the price was no more expensive than any other barber! 10/10 would recommend

Very kind staff, welcoming right as I came through the door. The included drink is a great touch as well. Jesse walked me over to the wall of products and told me about a few of them, very helpful.

My 2.5-year-old has always been fearful and hesitant when it comes to getting his hair trimmed, like many toddlers are. However, the moment we walked in, everyone was so welcoming and kind. He became comfortable so quickly, and honestly, I have never seen him warm up to a new place that fast! We couldn’t be happier with our experience. My husband and I cannot wait to bring him back for his next haircut. Thank you so much for making what can usually be a stressful experience such a positive one for him! ❤️

It was such a friendly and unexpected experience. I took my nephew for his first barbershop haircut and the lady who cut his hair was so kind. He usually says no for a haircut but got right into her chair with no issue. He even got to pick a show on the tv which is built into the mirror. And it was also the grand opening and there was lots going on and prizes and he won a Nintendo Switch 2 with a game. That’s over 700$. I couldn’t believe and he also couldn’t. He was not looking forward to going back to school but this definitely helped getting this awesome haircut at Tommy Guns. He already talking about going back for when it grows. Thank you for making his day/ first barbershop experience one he will NEVER forget.

We brought the grandkids in for haircuts. The kids really love Luel! He took his time and listened to him about what he wanted done. He was spot on with his wishes. The other grandson didn't really want a haircut but after seeing the first one done..he was excited and he waited for Luel. We have definitely found our new barber!!!
