I recommend you guys change the online check in to be appointments.
I had checked my son and I in online and the wait time was 35 min. We waited 25 min and then headed over. Unfortunately when we got there you guys gave our spots away to two other people (they were still waiting in the waiting area so it’s not like we were late or anything) so we had to wait an additional 15 min until the next barber was available, which in my opinion is what the online check in is supposed to prevent.
I would recommend either do the online check in or don’t but the half and half is just frustrating.
Just an overall good experience. Emily was pleasant and professional and took care to cut my hair as requested. The hot towel treatment, scalp massage and complimentary beverage were a bonus … and the pricing is good.
Justin was very accommodating of my toddler and made him feel comfortable to speak his mind in terms of what he wanted while listening to the haircut requests.
Ellen is my stylist, has always done a fantastic job . The only thing I would like to change is being able to make an appointment instead of having to call the morning of
My Barber Justin was really really good. It was the first time getting my hair cut by him but he did a phenomenal job.
I don’t like getting my haircut, but he did such a nice job and the conversation was great.
