Extraordinary. Not sure if I’ve ever been so pleased. I didn’t think the experience of a haircut could be done so well. Expecting more from you guys now… not sure if that’s good or bad. But I’m genuinely impressed.

Good atmosphere, friendly custom service, good supply of products... Tommy Guns is the only barbershop shop I go to for my hair cuts and beard trims, and my son who is 9 gets his hair cuts there as well.. we also buy many hair and beard products there... The only issue ive ever had at Tommy Guns is, sometimes we don't get the hair wash and scalp massage, sometimes we do.. and yesterday we didn't get it offered to us or the drink, we asked for the drink after we paid and just about to leave. The shop was busy, but not lined up with customers, so no reason to rush out customers (skipping the hair wash and scalp massage). And really it's offered as part of the service, not an extra. I hate to complain about it, but all those little things are what brought me to Tommy Guns in the first place, and when I get a haircut and they skip out on the wash, massage and drink, it's a bit of a disappointment. I just wish if they're going to offer that as part of their service, then it's offered everytime, not just occasionally or make the customer ask for it. Besides that, I am always very happy with the hair cuts, and the staff are always friendly.

I have been enjoying my experiences at this location the past few times I have been in, however this was my best experience here so far. I believe Gulia will be my preferred person to see from now on whenever I need a trim or even a change of style. She listened to what I wanted, and she took the time to make sure everything was even and how I was happy.
