Excellent haircut and beard trim. And I left smelling better than when I arrived! The only issue is the App. Once checked in, the estimated time was stuck on the ‘computing’ and never did update. Also if you leave that spot on the app-you’re not able to get back to it! There is no way to know or check again if the check-in worked or the estimated time changed. I even confirm with the person working at the counter, and they were not able to get the app to work. Other than that-all is good!!

Overall experience and quality of the haircut is quite good. 9/10. I personally find it on the expensive side. With tax and tip I am almost $50 for what I would describe as a non-complex haircut (middle aged man with receding hairline)
