Friendly staff. The included extras like the head massage was great. Very relaxing. The shampoo and whatever he put in my hair after was also great. Loved the scent of the products. Barber took his time but was quik at the same time. It was a great experience, one I have not experienced before. Always was just a haircut in the past at other salons.

The Barber Norma took her time which made me feel important and not just dollars to the company. It is Barbers who take pride in their craft that will have me coming back and requesting NORMA!!!!!!!

I came in for a haircut and got an experience! Norma gave me a fantastic head and neck massage along with a great haircut. 20 outa 10 definitely recommend.

The staff are amazing the website was having problems yesterday and they called me I guess they saw I was trying to book an appointment online, also hands down Marlo is the best barber I only go to him knows exactly how I like my hair cut.

Staff’s are Very friendly, i brought my son at tommy guns with his first hair cut, up until now that he is six years old he doesn’t want to go somewhere else first of all he knows that he gets treats from theme . Also my son gets the right haircut he wants. I dearly recommend tommy guns great job and they are always on time.

You don't wait too long. A lot of hair stylists/barbers to accommodate busy rushes. The stylists and barbers are good at what they do. Of my limited visits so far, I've had a great experience and was happy with the end result of my haircut. The scalp massage they do after the cut and wash feels so good. Love the Willowbrook mall location. Although I haven't been to any other locations yet.
