The barber understood just what I wanted. He was very gentle removing knots in my long hair. I will go back to Manni (even though I don't live in Lethbridge). I had booked an online appointment but it was not entered into the system when I arrived. They did however fit me in. I also appreciated that service.

It’s about the service and the professionalism of the employee, how they create a warmth environment, and since it’s my first time in the shop, it feels like I have been going there for a ling time, also the haircut was picture perfect, I got the haircut exactly what the picture I showed, I just forget to ask about her name, and I will gladly be back to that shop :)
