From start to finish, the whole experience is incredible. The staff at the front desk are very welcoming and accommodating. Once in the barbers chair, I felt comfortable. The barber knew exactly what I wanted and asked numerous questions to ensure the outcome was met with great success. I am thankful that there is a walk-in option. Life is busy so, sometimes you just gotta take advantage of the little free time you have at any given moment. I was thrilled with the outcome. The complimentary refreshment is a nice touch. I also enjoyed it when my Barber showed me some new products they just got in from their hair-care wall. The only thing that would have made the experience better would be if my Barber upsold me on services. I didn't know I had an option to have my eyebrows done. After I left, I took a look at the website and saw a whole host of additional services I could have had done. All in all, 9/10 experience. A simple question or a reminder of services offered would have made this a 10/10. Keep up the great work! Andrew

The cut was exactly like the picture we showed. Once I saw it on my son, I thought he looked great, but, I knew the front was a little long for my son’s sensory needs. The stylist was quickly able to tailor the cut and it turned out great. My son has a type of hair that not all stylists can cut well so we were very pleased and will definitely be returning!

I’ve never been to the shop before but I dropped in Sunday as my usual barber had to reschedule my appointment that day. Julie looked after me and she is an amazing barber. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, then executed the look perfectly. Bonus points for the shop’s cleanliness, product offering/display and NFL on the mirror! You’ve gained yourself a repeat customer. Thanks Julie!
