There were 4 other "next available" ahead of me listed on the screen, but hadn't shown up yet, so I was bumped to next. I wish I had gotten her name, but she was fantastic, gave me exactly what I wanted with my poor instructions.

we originally got a haircut quite different from what my 14 year son wanted and he was pretty sad. the person at the cash saw his face and went out of her way to find out what he didn’t like and then the manager chatted with him, fixed it and overall made him feel a whole lot more secure about the change. we’ve been coming for years and have always had great haircuts. i’m so impressed with the service and care they took. it was a great experience!
