Took my 10-year-old son to Tommy Gun’s today and had a great experience. Usually I cut his hair myself, so this was only his second time ever getting a haircut from someone else. I also didn’t have my tools with me, so we decided to stop in — and I’m really glad we did. As a current Tommy Gun’s manager from another province, I know the level of service and atmosphere the brand strives for, and this location definitely delivered. The shop was clean, welcoming, and professional, and the staff were friendly from start to finish. My son felt comfortable right away, and his barber Oanh did an awesome job with his haircut. Great attention to detail, excellent customer service, and an overall really positive experience. You can tell this team takes pride in what they do. We’ll definitely be back one day haha

I have a medically challenged child that has difficulty with anxiety and highly sensory sensitive. He has a very short tolerance for being outside his comfort zone. Chris was very empathetic and handled my son with great care. She was able to complete his haircut very quickly especially without using buzzer(my son cannot tolerate). Chris even lowered the volume of the music as my son was overwhelmed with the extra sounds. He looks like a new boy! Thank you for taking sure good care with him.

Bev was great with my eleven year old soon. She really took the time to scan through pictures and make sure they were on the same page re length/style etc. She made an effort to connect with him during their conversation. He loved the hot towel neck massage at the end.

My grandson really liked his stylist and she did a great job on his haircut. I really liked that. She listened to what he wanted, even though he is only 11 years old. This is the second time she’s been his stylist. I’m all remain so in the future.
