My son had long hair to his bum. It’s thick and he has a lot of it. I was referred to Kris and she didn’t disappoint. She will be Coles hairdresser for years to come. He was so happy with the cut she gave him. And she was patient and so very gentle. A million praises to her and the entire team. What a great atmosphere.

Ben is very knowledgeable about hair styling and products as well as providing tips for home. He is personable and works to meet my haircut needs. He even did a video of my hairstyle and how he cut it so we just play it and he gets the refresher. That’s great service.

There was an initial miscommunication and the haircut started off going shorter than I had asked for (I guess the way I said it was confusing), but everything was made right and the haircut ended up looking great, and the everybody there were very active in making sure that I was happy with all aspects of my visit for the remainder of the time. Honestly, this was a great example of how to handle a customer service mishap by all employees at this location and in an odd way it makes me more likely to return to this location for my next haircut.
