Lucy exactly knows how to cut my hair which is why I always have my appointments with her. The only thing is the cost of haircut is a little high compared to the market rates.

On a Saturday afternoon with the last-minute request, they were able to accommodate me within 20 minutes. Franz what’s fantastic. I was looking to go short for the summer, showed him two pictures of what I thought what’s suit in my hair, in Presto, he delivered 100%. Thank you you tell me guns and Franz!

Lucy is always friendly and genuine. She is generally interested in the client and wants to know how they are. I am a particular client who wants their stylist interested in their hair and what they want the final outcome to be. It’s refreshing that’s she takes care and listens to the client. I am never disappointed when I have an appointment .

My 4 year old will only allow Sancha to cut his hair. She is super friendly and makes sure he is comfortable with each snip and buzz of the razor. Very clean and friendly atmosphere as well

I wanted to say a big thank you to Tammy at the Mic Mac Mall in Dartmouth, NS, I’ve been taking my family to Tommy Guns for the last six years so normally I book ahead of time or am willing to wait until an opening shows up for a haircut but she knew I was low on time that day and got me in right away which is something I was not expecting, Tammy was professional and friendly and did a fantastic job on my hair, thank you for going above and beyond my expectation's.

It’s a fun atmosphere, the barbers are top notch! Never had a bad experience and we’ve been there multiple times, my son went from never wanting his hair cut to looking forward to it!

This was our first time here and it was a cut for my little boy age 8. Generally good interaction and communication with staff and were able to have the cut tailored to my preferences. My son seemed comfortable as well with the appointed barber and no issues as he can be quite fussy while having a cut especially around his ears.Overall very good experience.Thank you- A.
