Our stylist Scotty was incredibly patient and kind with our son. Our son has sensory processing issues and has an extremely difficult time having his head touched, brushing his hair, or having it washed. Scotty was understanding and unjudgmental. He also gave my son an exceptional haircut and style that we were happy with.

I forgot to ask the name of my technician. She was a lady with a very short hair cut and glasses. I felt that she listened to me and cut my hair perfectly with an eye for the details. It was one of the best cuts I've had in a long time

First time here. New to north Vancouver. Walking in it felt like a proper barber shop, there was a barber available who took me right away, lucky. The gentleman knew what he was doing, gave me a sharp haircut, walked out feeling great. Will be back.

Scott is just amazing. My son just loves his hair cut everytime we go and will see no one else but him. He’s a fantastic barber. The best we’ve had and is the main reason for us coming back. If my husband hair hair he would be going to him too. The front desk girls are always amazing, the one that worked Saturday afternoon on 02/07, I forgot her name. I believe she was training someone new as I never have seen this girl before. She’s your best front desk worker, other than the owner we have met. There’s one that worked in the morning she more abrupt and doesn’t have as welcoming tone. The one you had working on the 7th around 330pm is the best. The only slightly negative thing I can say is your on line booking check in system often forget to send a text out and luckily I live close because I know how busy you are and I don’t like making our barber wait. That’s online though nothing you can control always. We will be back for sure
