I called around 6:45pm to see if someone was able to fit me in for a haircut. Brandon was able to get me in at 7pm! Tanya who’s been cutting hair for 24 years gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. Thank you. I’ll be back. ✌️

The young man on the desk, and I am sorry I cannot remember his name, is always very polite, professional, and makes you feel welcome from the moment you enter. Phenia always cuts my hair, always does a fantastic job, and always has a smile on her face. It’s a great experience using this location as every one of the staff is smiling and welcoming.

My favorite place—great atmosphere and the staff are always welcoming. Joy is an amazing hairdresser who consistently does an incredible job. I also really appreciate the Veteran’s discount they offer; it means a lot after 22 years of service in the Canadian Armed Forces.

The lady that cut my hair did an excellent service. When she washed my hair she was thorough and i knew she was going to give me a good hair cut based on her attention. Then when she was cutting my hair she asked how high i wasnted my fade and she did it where i showed her. Then as she needed to she gave me direction and was FULLY concentrated on the hair cut so i could relax and just be quiet. She was nice and respectful and we didnt need to talk about anything and my hair cut was done in perfect timing. Usually it takes forever because people talk too much and they miss things. This was the best hair cut i ever got at a tommy guns store aside from one other stylist at the 17 ave location by stoney trail and chestermere. She washed my hair again after the hair cut and then applied the hair product. She also did my beard and blew off all the hair from my head and clothes when we were done. She was excellent. The whole experience made me feel better about coming back again because usually i have a bad experience. I hate to say it but after i started going to different tommy guns i didnt have a good hair cut ever until yesterday. Very grateful for the stress free experience.
