Lucy, she was amazing and dedicated. Wow so customer oriented. This was my first visit and will definitely go there from now on and hope to see her again. Definitely a five stars customer experience and they go the extra miles for sure. Worth the price for the service received.

Hallo- this is very best place to relax and haircut. Starting with Bea director of customer relations. She is excellent experience girl. Always smiling and improving my approach to outside life. After that Maria taking next step to pleasure and best haircut. During “operation” you can spent time with her chatting about everything you want. I love this place and having best available spot for relax. Good girls.

I came in with My 9 year old son, We were late and the staff was very understanding, took us in within minutes My son was extremely nervous about this as his last haircut was not the best experience. She was amazing right away asking if he was OK with certain tools Even before explaining to her that his last hair dresser knicked his ear causing alot of blood, paid and fear She continued to work with him and keep him comfortable Not only did he look sharp he left with a smile on his face and confidence Thank You Tommy guys guildford
