I am a repeat Customer so I enjoy getting my haircut at your locations. However, if you’re interested in feedback, you should be asking for both positive and negative feedback. The only negative feedback I have is that your app does not work properly. I do like to be able to book the haircut before I arrive in the store. But the app doesn’t seem to work nor does anyone know how to make it work when I’m at your various locations. I have been told that I’m not the only one that finds the app is not working properly.
The positive attitude from staff to ensure customer satisfaction, even in my case where they offered to correct the haircut I received the day before from another location.
I've had all good experiences there and they are my trusted hairstylist. Shame on me to try another location!
