Very friendly staff at the store. I usually try to get Sam to cut my hair. She’s great but I’ve had haircuts by other staff there and they’ve always been warm and welcoming. It’s a great experience.

I like everything but one thing. You only accept visit requests from visitors on the day of the haircut. It's inconvenient and doesn't allow you to schedule visits in advance. Your masters are wonderful. I have been going strictly to the master Alina for a long time. I like it very much.

The entire process is easy. Check in. Wait there or come back closer to your time. Then the haircut is always great. I also love the hot towel treatment!
