Booked my appointment with Fion through a young gentleman named Brian who made the process extremely easy. You can't book days in advance but Brian explained to simply call on the day I wanted and he'd put me in the queue for Fion which I did. Fion has been in the business for a number of years and is a true professional. She knows her way around a pair of scissors that's for sure. She makes you feel comfortable as she asks you what you want and gives you feedback. She pretty much did everything from washing my hair at the start to washing it and blow drying it at the end. To complete everything she also used a hot towel at the end which is a nice touch. When you pay at the end your offered a nice selection of complementary beverages. I initially turned them down but was encouraged to take one so I did. A very nice experience from start to finish and I'll certainly be back. Thanks Fion, Brian and Tommy Gunns for running a 1st rate business. Keep up the great work.

Very good! I got treated very well.
I can imagine some Karen complaining about the fact that they don’t speak English sometimes, but that’s the least of my concerns as long as I can get a good haircut (which I did)
They also took me in without an appointment, which was amazing on a Saturday
The theme is also very amazing. Keep it up guys! I will make sure to come back to this place again

Just got a haircut here and it was great from start to finish! The reception took me in very quick to a seat. The barber, Vivian, was amazing! Based on my initial request of how I wanted my hair to be cut, she would frequently check up to see if was okay with certain lengths on parts of my hair. She then trimmed a bit of my eyebrows to refine the look of them. After that, I got a hair wash that also came in the form of a very therapeutic head massage. When I went back to the reception, the gentleman there was very adamant that I take a complimentary drink, although I was okay without one. I was very happy with the experience here, would highly recommend!
