The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. Super polite and professional with really great personal skills. She was also helpful as I do have a disability and assisted with payment options. The barber was also super helpful with my needs and assured that I was satisfied with my haircut. My one issue is that the shop is not super accessible as the chairs are difficult to move. In the past other Barbers were not able to actually move the chair. I would recommend removing one chair permanently and having a more accessible work area for your employees and clients.

Tommy Guns In woodgrove mall is absolutely incredible! The whole expierance, my son has had some award winning cuts come from that place! We just were in for Hudson and I think Deb cut his hair! She was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable

Great experience! The barber was very knowledgeable, and thorough! This was my first time at a “Tommy Guns” and while i did feel it was a bit on the expensive side, the atmosphere and friendly staff made up for it! I walked in, got an appointment in 45 mins, and they called me to let me know the time was approaching; that was a nice touch! Definitely recommend!
