Visiting this store is always a 10/10 experience! I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by Tahn the store manager. He is so welcoming and professional and even recommends products based on your hair type and style. Also a big shoutout to Jaz who was on the front counter as I paid and left. Again extremely professional with nothing to fault. Would 10/10 recommend!

Always have a nice experience at the plaza with the staff. Always a bit of a wait, but that’s understandable given the circumstances of having many clients all trying to get service at the same time. I would love a loyalty program integrated into the app/system…maybe 5 Hair Cuts = half off your next hair cut? I know a lot of places are doing that now given the global economy and local inflation pressures in the global and domestic markets…heavily impacting small and medium sized businesses. Even large corporate franchises like McDonalds introduced a Rewards Program. Insider sources say that it was mainly introduced as a means to keep their ongoing coffee customers from going elsewhere. Not so much the fast-food customers, given their profit margins are more generous for coffee sales. Their rewards program has now expanded to include gift cards and movie tickets. I guess it’s an interesting signal to all businesses, even hair salons/barbers, that even the larger companies are resorting to loyalty based measures to maintain their market share over the long run.

I appreciate Kelly moving my booking over to Tahn when I accidentally booked for any barber. As usual Tahn has gone above and beyond with his service, he's great at his job and I will happily recommend him as a barber. He listens to what the customer wants and makes great suggestions for styling 11/10 would recommend

Everyone was so kind and understanding about my toddler who strongly dislikes his hair being cut. They were patient and more than happy to help however they could. From one stressed mum thank you so so much!!

Great experience at the store this time. The barber was very professional and did a great job. Kellie (manager) and Hannah were also welcoming and helpful on arrival. One small suggestion is to improve internal communication so barbers are clearly informed of the services selected by clients, and to confirm at the end that all services were provided. For example, I selected a haircut plus scalp wash and massage via the app, but only received the haircut and was charged for both. This has happened previously, and I’ve had to remind staff that i chose both services. That said, overall it’s a great service — this is just an area where the process could be tightened a little.

Barber listened to what I wanted and that my son was autistic. My son tried not to go as it is hard for him, but the barber was really thoughtful in his interaction not forcing conversation or seeking feedback which made such a difference. He took his time with the cut and particularly the fade- it looks amazing. Thank you.
