Everyone was friendly and inviting and had some great suggestions and tips on my style of beard. Barber, Jaizee was relaxed and always checked i was happy with the progression.
Visiting this store is always a 10/10 experience! I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by Tahn the store manager. He is so welcoming and professional and even recommends products based on your hair type and style. Also a big shoutout to Jaz who was on the front counter as I paid and left. Again extremely professional with nothing to fault. Would 10/10 recommend!
Always have a nice experience at the plaza with the staff. Always a bit of a wait, but that’s understandable given the circumstances of having many clients all trying to get service at the same time.
I would love a loyalty program integrated into the app/system…maybe 5 Hair Cuts = half off your next hair cut?
I know a lot of places are doing that now given the global economy and local inflation pressures in the global and domestic markets…heavily impacting small and medium sized businesses.
Even large corporate franchises like McDonalds introduced a Rewards Program. Insider sources say that it was mainly introduced as a means to keep their ongoing coffee customers from going elsewhere. Not so much the fast-food customers, given their profit margins are more generous for coffee sales. Their rewards program has now expanded to include gift cards and movie tickets.
I guess it’s an interesting signal to all businesses, even hair salons/barbers, that even the larger companies are resorting to loyalty based measures to maintain their market share over the long run.
