Such a great experience from the moment we walked in, great customer service, no wait time (as a walk- in customer) my son asked for a very specific style and walked out with easily the best hair cut he has had in many years. Confidence is everything for teenagers and Ive never seen him this happy with his hair. We will obviously be back!

Tabia always does a great job. Staff are generally helpful and efficient. Sometimes it is difficult to get through on phone to make a specific time appointment and it can be difficult to hear on the phone as they don't speak confidently or clearly - they need training in phone handling! You also need a proper online booking system like Apple Genius Bar where, when notified 10, 20, 30 out - if not ready you can push back by 30, 60 etc etc

Prompt attention by Alex as he always does welcoming patrons into the shop plus the attention of the barber who cut my hair and the attention he paid to shaving my beard off.
