They start by washing your hair which is wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Place is clean and well maintained. Pretty decor, overall a perfect haircut experience, will definitely be going back for all my trims.

From the time we walked in the door until we left it was a warm and welcoming experience. My son was nervous about getting a haircut at a new place. He was treated with so much kindness which made his experience exceptional. He can’t get over the “warm towel” and how great it felt. He denied the hair wash and has decided next time he wants to try it. My son has determined this is his new barber and can’t wait for his next haircut.

I got my haircut from Jerome (High Street Mall, Abbotsford) and it looks great! He really listened to what I wanted and gave some good advice too. Super friendly, pays attention to detail, and made sure everything looked clean and sharp. I’m really happy with the result. Highly recommend Jerome if you need a good haircut!
