The customer service and experience is fantastic. Barbers are lovely, especially Chris, who cut my son’s hair. Very patient and friendly and meticulous. My son (8) loved the atmosphere, the treats at the end and he said the chair was “super comfy.” My only complaint is that I didn’t realize the shaved design (hair tattoo?) would cost extra until after I paid and looked at the receipt.
