Damian, my Barber at the of my visit was excellent. I have been a customer since Tommy Guns Springfield opened. Very happy from the moment I am I greeted by Kim or the other young lady at the counter (sorry I have forgotten her name), to the barber that cuts my hair. They listen, offer suggestions and I listen to their advice. Never had a bad cut nor bad experience with the team there. They take pride in the service standards they set and the customer experience overall.

First of all the environment is very welcoming and made to not intimidate people who aren't as experienced with haircuts. I had Xavier who was absolutely amazing, listened to what I said and didn't give me a chop shop haircut, but carefully partitioned my hair to properly layer it and give it texture. Even though I didn't ask him he even gave me a scissor cut (thank you Xavier) which also enhanced the texture and made it blend very well with the modern mullet I had. He was clean, efficient and professional and someone who I feel confident leaving my hair to. An amazing experience with all staff including the reception staff who offered drinks and very polite while training someone (very well done by the way).
